Stephanie Martin was born and raised in Miami, Florida to a family of immigrants of Cuban descent. Stephanie obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami where she obtained a double major in Marketing and Business Law, with a minor in Journalism. She then went on to study law at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where she graduated in 2018 in the top 12% of her class with Cum Laude honors, served on the executive board of Nova Law Review, and was awarded various accolades including Dean’s List honor roll for a multitude of semesters and the Book award in Contracts. Thereafter, Ms. Martin became barred in Florida and was admitted to practice in the United States District Court in and for the Southern District of Florida.

Stephanie’s previous legal experience ranges from defending international big-box retail corporations against premises liability, products liability, and negligent security actions to performing title work on real estate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie also served as in house counsel for a prominent world-renowned Architect based out of South Florida where she gained significant experience and developed a niche practice. Ms. Martin’s current practice with the firm is focused on transactional matters; mainly drafting and negotiating architectural contracts on behalf of various design professionals working on large-scale, high value, residential and commercial projects. She is well versed in the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Contract Documents. Ms. Martin is conversational in Spanish. During her spare time, Ms. Martin enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and shopping.
