Riley Richards is an Associate Attorney based in the Coral Gables office where she focuses her practice on construction litigation. Ms. Richards graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She earned her Juris Doctor and an Advocacy Skills Certificate from the University of Kansas School of Law. During law school, Ms. Richards interned at the KU Legal Aid Clinic and served as Treasurer for the Student Federal Bar Association. Ms. Richards is admitted to the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Richards gained valuable litigation experience handling first-party property claims from inception to settlement. She previously worked at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida where she refined her legal research and writing skills. In her free time, Ms. Richards volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem, enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her dog, Deuce.
