Nicole R. Ramirez is an Associate Attorney in the firm's Tampa office, where she practices construction litigation and design professional liability defense.

Ms. Ramirez was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She received her Bachelor of Science from Indiana University in 1991 and her Juris Doctor from Tulane University in New Orleans in 1995.

She was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1995 (currently inactive) and to The Florida Bar in 1997. Ms. Ramirez is admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida, the Southern District of Florida, the Northern District of Florida, and the District of Puerto Rico. She became Board Certified in Appellate Practice in 2017, and has served as a Florida Supreme Court Appointed Arbitrator and Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. Ms. Ramirez was appointed to the Florida Bar Appellate Practice Board Certification Committee for the 2024–2027 term.

She is active in the Appellate Practice Section and the Appellate Practice Board Certification Committee, and has lectured on appellate topics.
