Nicole R. Ramirez was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  She received her Bachelor of Science from Indiana University in 1991 and her Juris Doctor from Tulane University in New Orleans in 1995.  Ms. Ramirez was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1995 (currently inactive), and the Florida Bar in 1997.  She has been admitted to the Middle District of Florida, Southern District of Florida, Northern District of Florida, and the District of Puerto Rico.  Ms. Ramirez became Board Certified in Appellate Practice in 2017.  She has also served as Florida Supreme Court Appointed Arbitrator and Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.  Ms. Ramirez was appointed to the Florida Bar Appellate Practice Board Certification Committee for the 2024-2027 term.  

Ms. Ramirez practices in construction litigation and design professional liability defense.  She is active in the Appellate Practice Section and Appellate Practice Board Certification Committee and has lectured on appellate topics.
