Minerva Santiago Acevedo is an Associate Attorney in the firm's Coral Gables office. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Political Science, with minors in International Relations and English Writing and Communication, from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez campus, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude. During law school, she received a CALI Award for Legal Writing and Communication, participated in the year-long Immigration Clinic, and served as an Articles and Comments Editor for the Inter-American Law Review. She also worked as a research assistant and served as a University of Miami School of Law HOPE Fellow with the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinical Program.

Ms. Santiago Acevedo has prior legal experience in transactional matters, first-party property claims, and toxic torts claims. She is admitted to The Florida Bar and is fluent in Spanish.
