Ana C. Forato is an Associate Attorney in the firm's Tampa office, where she practices criminal defense, property insurance, and construction law.

Ms. Forato brings a diverse professional background to her practice, with experience in insurance defense and public defense work. She has handled complex first-party property insurance cases from inception through resolution.

Ms. Forato earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. Before attending law school, she studied Architecture and Urban Planning at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in São Paulo, Brazil.

Ms. Forato was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2019 and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
